Our story: from a side job to a passion
SOS Fitness Coaching began in 2018 with Siobhán, originally as a side venture while she worked in Human Resources. What started as small classes quickly grew into something much more impactful, expanding to offer online coaching, fitness programmes in schools, and workplace wellness talks. The vision was always clear: to make health and fitness accessible to everyone.
Now, SOS Fitness Coaching has grown into a family affair. Siobhán is joined by her sister Maura, who left her career in Project Management to dedicate herself to SOS Fitness full-time. Together, they are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Our unique approach to fitness
At SOS Fitness Coaching, we pride ourselves on making fitness accessible and enjoyable for all. Every class is carefully tailored to suit every fitness level, from complete beginners to those with years of experience. We believe fitness should be inclusive and welcoming.
Our online coaching goes deeper, designed to help women of all ages break free from the dieting mindset. We guide you towards a long-term approach to health and fitness, moving away from restrictive diets. And, most importantly, we ensure you have fun along the way!
