Our classes cater to all fitness levels, whether you're an absolute beginner or more experienced. We focus on creating a supportive and motivating environment where you can achieve your fitness goals.

Classes

We offer a range of fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness

Strength Bootcamp

This will be a bootcamp class that includes weights. You will need to bring your own weights to this class. This class is a mix of strength work as well as cardio and mat work.

Mixed Level Pilates

Pilates is a 45 minute low impact full body workout that works on building strength, flexibility and mobility in the body. We use some light weights in class and, as a mixed level class, there is different levels of exercise based on where you are at. You can make this class your own and work to your level. 

SOS Circuits

A 40 minutes circuit style class. This class will incorporate the use of weights throughout the class. There will be a number of stations and you will switch between stations based on time. Equipment will be shared for this class. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
